
Hatboro Laughter Yoga Club (2nd Tuesday of every Month)
Laughter Yoga is a whole body, well-being workout that uses intentional laughter, breathing, mindfulness, and gentle movement to promote a healthy, joyful and vibrate life. It's uplifting, energizing and fun! No yoga poses involved; the yoga aspect is deep breathing and mindfulness. We do not use jokes or comedy and you do not need to be flexible or funny. You can even participate in a chair. Please bring water and a willingness to be playful and have fun!
