Creating Joy: Art and Laughter Yoga Workshop

Bring your inner child out to play with us. First, we will build community and joy doing a group art project led by Susan Dubrunfaut, BFA and certified art teacher. Then we will continue the fun with a session of Laughter Yoga led by Kathy Bademan, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. Laughter Yoga class typically consists of a series of simple, gentle laughter exercises combined with deep breathing. It can be done sitting or standing, no yoga mat required.
